company mails don't sync with mobiles

Hi all

i am a system administrator in a medium enterprise and i have a problem with multiple mobiles in the company, they don't sync mails with my server 

here it is some data of my exchange server

windows server 2008 r2 standard service pack 1

Microsoft exchange server 2010

active sync, POP 3 and IMAP are enabled for every single mailbox 

i am trying to connect using android phones and IOS phones but they accept the mail and try to sync but they couldn't and still trying like forever

Although, other mobiles are connected from a while and working perfectly

i don't know the service pack of the exchange but i know that its Version is 14.02.0247.005

That looks like SP2, which is way out of date.  You can tell for sure in Control Panel > Programs and Features.  I recommend that you update to SP3 rollup hotfix 10 (the latest) before further pursuing a solution.
