configure Exchange 2003 to send external emails
Hi,
I know this question posted 10k times before, but forgive me I don't know where shoud I start from
I have a standerd installation for Exchange 2003 on localdomain.local and users send/receive emails with no problem using Outlook 2007.
also I have company.com site witch host external emails
now I want users to be able to send external emails "XYZ@hotmail.com, user@company.com" from internal accounts "user@localdomain.local"
so what I have to do on Exchange, DNS, AD, or any other products
I know there are tons of configuration for that but really I don't know from where should I start
Is there any wizard for that? any step-by-step configuration guide?
appreciate your support

Do you send emails through smart host or DNS?
Start with creating SMTP connector, refer the link below
