I have not set up my own outlook on my computer, because I use our 365 outlook web app.  I have found out that I can send Skype appointments through my own outlook, so I want to configure this now.  My log on information keeps getting rejected. It says "verify user name in account settings".  I don't know where this is, and my user name should be correct.  Help!

How did you configure your account in Outlook? Did you just type the name, e-mail address, and password in the Outlook wizard? If this is the case, we can also try manually configuring your account in Outlook as per described in the following article:
