connecting to my web pages
I'm having problems connecting to a web pages, from my email account in outlook. It keeps asking me to use my system administor

Hi - this isn't actually an Exchange issue and really belongs in an Outlook forum. That said, whenever you post, you should be very detailed - e.g., including your version of Outlook & Windows workstation, and the exact text of the error message. The most common cause of these problems is that your OS has a corrupt registry entry and doesn't know how to launch your default web browser from a link in Outlook. you can set the default back from IE to something else (e.g, Firefox) and then back to IE, and that should fix it. The link provided by the other responder in this thread will have more info.Lanwench ** Do not fold, spindle or mutilate. Fill in the box completely and erase any stray marks. Use only a #2 pencil.

Hi, As per my experience, this issue is most likely caused of the following missing registry key not an Exchange question, HKEY_Local_Machine\Software\Classes\htmlfile\shell\open\command To troubleshoot the issue, please refer to the KB article provided by Tim.
