When I try to attach a connector to a shape the connector will not adhere to the shape outline.  It wants to be just outside the line.  Can't even put it inside the shape.  I have the glue and snap setting set.

Do you have any add-ins that are integrated with Visio? Check if any add-ins are causing the issue.

Also, check for updates and install any required ones. (Its always a good idea to keep current with updates.
