how do I delete the contact card from the comment balloons in Word2013?  it just takes up space and makes the balloon wider than it needs to be.  the photo is so tiny it is really quite useless IMHO.  there should be an option not to include this in the comment balloons.  thanks, teri

Activate the Review tab of the ribbon.

Click the little arrow in the lower right corner of the Tracking group.

Clear the check box "Pictures By Comments", then click OK.
