Hi That could not be simply done. My sugestion is try to export to PST file and then import to another account. Hi, I'm just wondering if it's a way to copy a calendar item to another account's calendar, especially for recurrence calendar items. I.E. an recurrence calendar item has been created with four occurrences in Calendar A. one of them is deleted, one of them is updated. Is there an easy way to copy the whole lot to Calendar B including the updated content and without the deleted one? Cheers, Han
