corporate signature
Hello,
At this moment some people made a signature in outlook some people not.
Is it possible to make a uniform signature for everyone of the company.
Something like:
best regards,
name
Function
Companyname
...
Can i do this with exchange or do i need 3rd party software?

Hi,
You may set a Transport rule as described below:
Exchange Management Console->Organization Configuration->Hub Transport
Toolbox Action->New Transport Rule
Set a proper transport rule there to affect all messages coming from inside the organization

With Exchange 2003 you must develop something on your own, perhaps a script that you regsiter as a SMTPsink.
an easier way is just to buy some software such as

do you have a SMTP gateway when sendiong mail to internet, then perhaps it has functionality to add something when mail is going out to Internet.

Hi,
In Exchange server 2003, it is possible to make a uniform signature for every of the company if you use third party software or scripts. And
you need to add a disclaimer to outgoing SMTP messages in Visual Basic script.
About how to do the scripts information, please refer to the link:

Hope it helps.
