Hello, At this moment some people made a signature in outlook some people not. Is it possible to make a uniform signature for everyone of the company. Something like: best regards, name Function Companyname ... Can i do this with exchange or do i need 3rd party software?

And you need to add a disclaimer to outgoing SMTP messages in Visual Basic script.
