Hi,

Your domain has MX records which point to another DNS name, in your case, one of your MX records cannot be resolved. This DNS record is: s207-6-11-24.bc.hsia.telus.net. Although you may have not changed DNS for Domain.CA, someone has altered the DNS record for your MX which is: s207-6-11-24.bc.hsia.telus.net.

I have just verified, and I too cannot resolve s207-6-11-24.bc.hsia.telus.net.

What you will need to do is adjust that MX record so that it points to your Exchange server. If mail.Domain.ca points to your exchange server, I would suggest altering your MX record to point to Mail.domain.ca

Hi,

You need to change your MX record to a hostname that resolves correctly to receive email.

just to make sure i am understanding correctly.

my MX record point to MYDOMAN.com   and  A record points MYDOMAIN.com to my IP address

Right ?

Hi,

Your MX record should point to an A/CNAME record for your mail server.

For instance, you might have:

yourdomain.com        MX 5    mail.yourdomain.com
mail.yourdomain.com     A     10.20.30.40

In the above example, 10.20.30.40 would be your mail server's IP address. Does that make sense?
