I have an Excel 2010 report that allows the user to select several store dimension attributes using slicers.  The cubevalue() statement works fine referencing these slicers.  I also want to add into the cubevalue() statement a cubeset() statement that filters the list of stores that have been open for a particular length of time based upon the current date.  When I add the cubeset() reference to the slicers the value produced is only for the cubeset, and it is as if the slicers are now ignored.  My thought was to attempt crossjoin the slicers with the cubeset so that I would end up with only the intersecting stores of the slicers and set, but so far any way to do so eludes me.  

Is it possible to mix slicers and cubeset(filter()) into a new cubeset(crossjoin())?
