I was able to create users (exchange 2003) and exchange attributes in the Active directory
csv file had

I do not see the mailboxes in Exchange System Manager . Can somebody please suggest how to see the mailboxes in ESM

To show up in ESM they should have atlease 1 or 2 Emails
Send 1 or 2 Email to all the Users

Email addresses are not populated in the exchange general attribute

Try Updating you RUS - Recipient Update Services
Update you Enterpris RUS
And Domain RUS

If that doesn't work

Use your Setup
Run Setup.com /domainprep
Run Setup.com /forestprep
Then Update your RUS

It should update the Email address
