how to decommission exchange 2010 after moving mailboxes and mail flow to 2013? Is it enough just to remove exchnange2010 from servers, or  there is something else like it was when migrating from ex2003 to ex2010?

If you make sure you have finished the migration, you can remove exchange 2010 server by control panel.

If you can't remove exchange 2010 by control panel, you can choose remove exchange 2010 by ADSIEDIT, but I don't recommend you use this way.

If everything has been moved across, just uninstall Exchange 2010 servers the normal way.

Once you fully remove 2010, you won't be able to introduce a new 2010 box later on, for whatever reason!
