delay in receiving email in Outlook
I am using Outlook 2013 as part of the suite in MIcroSoft Office 365. There is a delay in receiving emails that at times is significant.

I recommend that you open a ticket with Exchange Online Support.

Hi,

Please conform whether the email delays when using OWA or Outlook Online mode to receive the message. If the issue doesn't happen in Online mode, the issue would be narrowed down to your Outlook. Please create a new Outlook profile to have a try.
