when l try to get on the net a message keeps popping up (not responding)also ive tried the recovery option but that option wont allow me to recover

What makes you think you would find the answer in the Microsoft Exchange 2013 forum? Otherwise, the recovery option seems like overkill for not being able to access the network. I'd look at other things first. What's the OS? Maybe a mod could move this to a Windows 7 or 8 forum.
