Hi, My company has an HP color laserjet 4730 mfp. The other day we had a company install some print tracking software on our server (running Server 2003). After that, the HP machine can no longer access the server to find a gateway so that when employees scan something they can then email it to themselves. I'm assuming that something was changed in Windows Server that is keeping it from seeing or communicated back with the mfp. I double checked the settings for the scanner and everything is the same as it was before. I don't have a lot of experience with Server 2003 so any help is much appreciated.
