Dear all, i managed to have the disclaimer signature working on exchange 2010, however it add the disclaimer signature many times on the email ! is there is a way to filter the disclaimer signature to be added once per conversation? if the subject is (Me) will add the disclaimer signature once on that subject.. thank you

A transport rule has filter exceptions. Add an exception based on a character string that appears in the disclaimer. If that character string appears, the disclaimer likely appears in the message, so another disclaimer won't be applied.
