sorry for my bad english . I in the mailbox set full mailbox access  for global group . to this group I add members . but in the outlook is not automatically added this  mailbox . if is full mailbox access added to concrete user , the mailbox is automatically added . where is trouble ?

You mean you have provided Owner permissions to a Distribution Group from Outlook ? (or)

You have given full mailbox permissions to a user for a Shared Mailbox from EAC & it got added to your Outlook Profile ?

i given permission from eac , I added to full permission to global group ....

Can you run the below command and check if the issue gets resolve

Update-GlobalAddressList -Identity "Global Address List"

Based on my understanding, you grant a security group full access to a specific mailbox, but the mailbox isn't added automatically. Is it right?

I test in my lab, it is the same result. Mailbox auto-mapping feature only works when the full access permission is assigned to an individual mailbox and not a group.
