display name showing up wrong for some recipients

one of our users has a problem with her email display name.  Email works fine for her most of the time, but some senders from outside the organization receive email with wrong username and I just received another complaint from a different sender at a different organization, that when she sent email to this user all looked fine but when she looked at her sent items it had a wrong display name(one of our other user's display name.)

I had MS look at it before, and he said all looks fine in Exchange and maybe a reboot would help.  But it hasn't.  I had this user send a test to a gmail account and came in fine.

Is the display name showing correctly through OWA?

Has the recipient got the sender's infomation in his local contact folder? If so, Outlook would show the display name in local contact item for priority.
