do anyony one knows about how to disable Paste option from right click menu in Excel 2010/2013 ? Or any one knows caption or is or index details of Paste option in Excel 2010/2013?

Does anyone knows idmso for paste option control in office 2010\2013?

This forum is for questions about the forums themselves. I will try to move this question to a more appropriate forum.

Earlier in 2007 paste  was there in right click menu option in excel. but in 2010/2013 they have changed paste as paste option. paste id in 2007 is 22. but in 2010/2013 i am not able to find the paste option id. if anyone knows kindly share it. and also provide all details like cation,description, index number if knows

Hi,

By default, Excel displays a Paste Options button on the worksheet to provide you with special options, such as Keep Source Formatting, when you paste cells. If you don't want Excel to display this button every time that you paste cells, you can turn this option off.
1.Click the File tab.
2.Click Options, and then click the Advanced category.
3.Under Cut, copy, and paste, clear or select the Show Paste Options button when content is pasted check box to hide or display the Show Paste Options button on the worksheet.

Any one please share the VBA code to hide "paste option" in right click menu in excel2010/2013?

if possible share the details(ID, Caption, description, index) of "paste option" which is newly introduced in office 2010

yes i seen Jaynet Zhang's answer, thanks. i need vba code to disable "paste option:"  from right click menu option in excel 2010/2013.

Note: i need vba code to disable for "paste option:" not "paste".paste is used upto excel 2007, 'paste option:' is newly introduced in excel 2010.
