downloading demo of Visio but not given activation key

I have a few full copies of OFFICE 2013 and decided to try visio, so i downloaded the trial from MS and when i log into my account using the visio software i am told i dont have any products associated to activate the trial.

I do not have a manual key. what do i do to get a key for trial activation?

everything is ok now, i just got redid the trial download and got a new licence key and everything is working.
