Hi ahmadissa,
First I created different worksheets with each photos in excel, named any cell on this worksheet you want to hyperlink to be exactly what is on the drop down list (As shown in the following figure).
Then I created a LIST worksheet and used Data Validation to create a drop down list, and I created a Hyperlink cell under the drop down list with this formula: =HYPERLINK("[TEST_list.xlsx]LIST!"&B1,"PHOTO LINK")
As shown in the following figure, the fill color with YELLOW was a drop down list and PHOTO LINK was a hyperlink. When you select the name in list and then click PHOTO LINK cell, you can go to the work sheet which correspond the name in list.
