We are running exchange 2010 here and I am coming into this job from an exchange 2000 environment but we had upgraded to exchange 2007 right before I left. Anyway, my question is this: I have been asked to pull emails between three parties 1 employee and 2 other contacts that are potentially not a part of our organization. Is there a way to parse messages using EMS to dump all emails to that employee from the other two contacts into a pst file or something readable? The request was to search for any emails for the last three years.
