Does this happen with all user on different PC or with the same user on a different PC? Try to narrow down the issue to a client or PC.Sukh

When you say the "cache of email addresses" do you mean the e-mail addresses that you have used previously and that show up when you start to type a name in the To or Cc fields? Those are stored in the user's roaming profile in a file with the extension NK2. hi, I also think you are talking about the NK2. After you restart your outlook, and manually enter a mail address to send a mail, if you send a mail to the address again. Can you see the cache? Seems like something is clearing out the N2K file, do you use any GPO/Script which deletes the profile or in particular that file? After you logoff OLK, see if that N2K still exists or not?Sukh
