I have made up subfolders and now the email I have put in there is not showing

please can you help

Which type of email account are you using? POP3, IMAP or Exchange?

Can you see those missing emails from webmail interface?

Do you have AutoArchive enabled on these subfolders? If so, all expired emails will be removed or moved to the archive.pst file.

In addition, we can try starting Outlook with /cleanviews switch to see if this issue is caused by custom views and filters. To do this, press Windows key + R to open the Run command, type outlook /cleanviews and press Enter.
