i dont know how to make my computer where it will notify me if i have email in my various email accounts does anyone know how to do it and please put it in simple terms i didnt grow up using computers

hi, If you use outlook to receive email, you can create a outlook rule to do it. Outlook can play a sound or display a notification message in a new window. If you don't use outlook as your mail client. Which client do you use?
