enabling diagnostic logging. (expert level: Storage limit)

Hello guys,

I am looking for some detail information about storage limit diagnostic logging level in exchange 2007 sp2.

I want to do risks analysis before applying this option in production environment. Risk analysis is required because previously we applied experts level for message access and post configuration we experienced lot of issues.

Please let me know if any one experience any issues after enabling diagnostic logging. (expert level: Storage limit)

In my opinion, there is no limit in term of storage limit, it depends on your backup strategy.

Actually i wanted to check impact on mailboxes (User point of view) after enabling (expert level) storage limit parameter of diagnostic logging.

Our exchange server 2007 SP 2 is not updated with latest roll up. Previously i had enabled Message Access parameter from the diagnostic logging but after that we experienced many issues. (Eg. .msg attached issue, Calender sync isssue)

Because of the previous incidents i wanted to do impact analysis.

You could open a new case which about your issue.

This issue was not affected by enabling diagnostic log.
