i downloaded Microsoft Office 2013 And Then when i opened the file i went to Word and Then I clicked on the option wordmui And Then it said "Error 1713. Setup can not install one of the required products for Microsoft Word MUI (Ingls) 2013"

Where did you download the Office 2013? 

The Error 1713 is a programming limitation built into Microsoft programs to ensure its customers use the proper setup tool.
To resolve this issue, you must run the Setup.exe file. To do this, locate the Setup.exe file in the root folder of the installation source, and then double-click the file. (You can unzip MSI file to find Setup.exe)
