error message re standby

I keep getting multiple Event Messages like this: Results for: Microsoft Product: Windows Operating System; Version: 6.0.6000.16386; Event ID: 300, 302, 500, 501; Event Source: Microsoft-Windows-Diagnostics-Performance; ????  I have received over 1,500 of these since 3/302010...??  Each one carries either a Warning or Error Level with it...all fall under the Task Category "Standby Performance Monitoring"...

How do I fix this???
