The error returned was 5506. This error is related to installing default SSL certificate on IIS. Have a look into this to resolve it: http://www.experts-exchange.com/Software/Server_Software/Email_Servers/Exchange/Q_23852190.html If it still not resolves your issue, then i would recommend to reinstall the IIS and then install the Exchange.
