I have a project which involves installation and configuration of: 2 CAS/HUB with NLB 2 mailbox server roles on 2 node cluster 2 ISA 2006 w/NLB There is to be enabling of Journaling, mobile access as well as MAPI clientaccess. External MS EHS is currently in production and I wish to continue using them for filtering etc. Also relay from xerox machine and 3. party app. through the hub should be available. We assume that the underlying Windows 2003 OS has been installed w servicepacks and hotfixes (maybe not rollups) by a different department - I'll just be handling the implementation of Exchange 2007 system in an already created AD domain. My question to all experienced Exchange admins is how long time have You spent on a similar implementation or what is Your estimate on my scenario? Thank's in advance

Hello, I would estimate 2-4 weeks, then depending on the urgencyand/or real-time issues Rest looks fine but where do you place Journaling destination? if it is on the same mailbox server role which you are planning to put users then I would suggest you to make it on separate server so load will be divided. r Thank's for the answer. I also calculated with approx. 3 weeks for the project team. Journaling will be placed on seperate server.
