event id 10104 after creating new edge certificate.
hi everyone i recently had to recreate a new edge certificate on one of my edge servers and am now getting event id 10104 on my hub server. here are the steps i followed and before you do ask YES the certificate thumbprint are the same.on the hub serverremove-edgesubscription -identity server.host.nameon the edge server New-ExchangeCertificate -SubjectName "cn=New-ExchangeCertificate -SubjectName "cn=server.host.name" -services smtp{restart MS transport service}New-EdgeSubscription -filename "C:\Edge_oct2009.xml" -CreateInternetSendConnector $true -site "Default-First-Site-Name"{copy edge_oct2009.xml to hub}on the hub serverNew-EdgeSubscription -filename "C:\Edge_oct2009.xml" -CreateInternetSendConnector $true -site "Default-First-Site-Name"{restart ms transport + ms edge sync}When i run Test-EdgeSynchronization -VerifyRecipient EMAIL GONE i get an ldap error saying it has failed.Thanks in advance for all your help.

To create the Self-signed certificate, you don’t have to add any argument behind the New-ExchangeCertificate. I assume you have seen EdgeSync Fails with Event ID 10104 Please do the procedure by using the Xiu Zhang’s post in this thread

I fixed the problem by restarting the 'Microsoft Exchange ADAM' service thanks for the help
