event id 1022
When I move a mailbox from one exchange 2003 server to another exchange 2003 server the user can not access it for 10 to 15 minutes via outlook. The server the mailbox is moved to is logs event id 1022.
Is this normal behavior? I want to say it has something to do with Active Directory replication based on the time it takes for the mailbox to become available.

This is normal. Tell users to have a coffe break when moving there mailboxes

This is usually normal behavior. The AD has to replicate and Exchange often caches the mailbox location. Here are a couple of links that might be helpful:
