my exchange severer backup task has been failing since i have updated my network driver. i use arcserve to backup it fails and i tried Nt backup and it says hardware failure at storage 2 and says cannot be accesed or doesn'tr exists, i even tried backing up in local hard drive and get the same error, i started having this problem after network driver was updated but my memory leaks in npp memory has been prevented after i did the nic updated and now my storage controller shows it needs its driver updates as well. i really don't know what to do any ideas guy? my main question is is Updating Nic driver have anything to do with backups ? or do i have to also update storage controller driver?

Hi,Updating the NIC drivers shouldn't affect a local NTbackup so I would try to update the storage driver as well.Leif
