Well is there a way to migrate 2003 to 2007 i mean what if i install the exchange 2007 on the same machine where my exchange 2003 is running? and can i move mailboxes to exchange 2007? Hi, It's not possible to install Exchange 2007 on the same machine as you have Exchange 2003 installed. You need a seperate server to be able to perform a transition or a cross-forest migration.
