mail gets delivered on my external account but when exchange downloads the mail it's not showing up in my inbox, if i check the message tracking it shows that it was delivered to my mailbox and yet its not showing. Please help in this regard.

Pl be more specific , external account is which and where is exchange downloading the mail. thx

the external account is where the mail sits before exchange downloads it, so before exchange downloads the mail i can see it in my mailbox at my ISP when exchange downloads it does not reach my inbox although the message tracking centre shows it was delivered.

Exchange doesn't "download" email. Are you running SBS and using that POP3 Connector? If so, move your question to the SBS forum.
