Hi, When my user want to change password in OWA, this message will prompt: The old password is incorrect. Please retype your password. Letters in passwords must be typed by using the correct case. But my old password was key in correctly. What should i do to solve this problem?

Hi, There is no changes in the user account and the time is same with the domain controllers.

Did u install asp and asp.net on the cas servers? Whit out that u arent able to change the password with OWA. U can run ExchangeBPA to verify if u have a problem with that. all the best

i got asp and asp.net installed on the CAS server. After running the ExchangeBPA no problem related to OWA.
