Hi,
When my user want to change password in OWA, this message will prompt:
The old password is incorrect. Please retype your password. Letters in passwords must be typed by using the correct case.
But my old password was key in correctly. What should i do to solve this problem?

Hi,
Can u verify that "Active Server Pages' is set to 'Allowed' on your CAS IIS->Web Server Extensions.
Also have a look into this article:

Hi,
I had verified the "Active Server Pages" it was set to "Allowed".
Is it a must to go through

Hi,
Does this issue occur to all the OWA users?
Have you rename the account? If you have renamed the account, then please follow the steps in article below to solve the problem.
The LsaLookupSids function may return the old user name instead of the new user name if the user name has changed on a domain controller

Please try to verify if you can reset the password from ADUC or Windows password reset wizard.
Besides, please try to manually sync the time with domain controllers and then check the issue again.
