It seems that new DCs/GCs are being detected. Basically DC/GC lookups used by System Attendant (mad.exe) and Information Store (store.exe) services and information provided byActive Directory Topology Service (MSExchangeADTopologyService.exe)so you need to verify 2080 event for these processes. However you can check in System Settings tab of server properties or by running Get-ExchangeServer -Status cmdlet to confirm that DC/GC are being used for AD info lookups.Server Properties > System Settings Tabhttp://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb629520.aspxAbout event id 2150, it is forMSExchangeMailboxAssistants.exe process which performs background processing of mailboxes in the Exchange store and not for normal categorizerlookups. I guess it starts detecting after restartingMicrosoft Exchange Mailbox Assistants service or Exchange server.Amit Tank | MVP - Exchange | MCITP:EMA MCSA:M | http://ExchangeShare.WordPress.com

Hi, 1. Please ensure that IPV6 has been enabled on Windows Server 2008. 2. Please ensure that Exchange Servers has been listed under Local Security Settings for Manage Audit and Security Logs. Note: You can run secpol.msc from a command prompt to open local security settings-Local Policies-User Rigths Assignment-Manage Audit and Security Logs. 3. Since these two DCs are newly installed, then please run Setup.com /preparead and Setup.com/ Prearedomain. For more detail information on Event 2080,you can check article below: Event ID 2080 from MSExchangeDSAccess http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;316300 Regards, Xiu
