After reproduce the issue, can you find any related log file in the application log? Please post here if there has 4. Confirm version: windows server and client, outlook 5. This is a single user or all users issue? Troubleshooting: 0. If thats a single user issue, please try to start outlook in safe mode at first and check issue Notes: Start->Run->outlook /safe 1. Affected users use Cached Exchange Mode or Online Mode? Please switch to another mode to test 2. Try to use affected users account to send message via OWA, any further error info? 3. Try to create a test account to reproduce issue 4.
