if while downloading a attachment from mail in OWA while downloading the information as how much data downloaded,how much left and the time remaining to download the data left in chrome browser.

The download information is based on the application+OS used to download and the overall network speed between the client and server.

There is nothing to do with attachment sending\receiving limit to the download capability of the Email client.
