the exchange server suddenly fail to access on several hours before, after review the server event, i find that it just the time finished auto updated, so i think the update crash the server.

Now, the exchange powershell cannot access the server and the warning is about winRM cannot acces the server layer. The ECP and OWA are empty screen after login. Outlook cannot connect server by outlook anywhere, outlook tools MMC cannot start and etc.

I have try to install the client access roll in a separate server, however the same case appear on it.

What can i do? can anyone help?
