exchange availability service RPC latency
Hello, I am getting alerted that "MSExchangeIS Client (*)\RPC Average Latency" is above average on a 2007 mailbox server. Upon further investigation, I found that the "Exchange Availability Service" is the one with the highest RPC Average Latency. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing it to be high? How can we reset that without having to bounce the server?

Hi Mike, If possible, please install the latest service pack and rollup first. Please temp disable the Anti-Virus application to test. Please run the EXBPA and Performance Troubleshooter in the Toolbox. Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question. Frank, I ran EXPBA and Performance troubleshooter on that server. EXPBA did not come up with anything. Performance Troublshooter came up with this: "Some of the MAPI operations from the user '?' took longer than 30 seconds". If I am not mistaken, that would be the hub servers because I get the same thing when I use exmon which should be normal given the amount of traffic between hubs and MBX. Khoj, I don't see an option to increase diagnostic logging only for the availibilty service. Where would that be under
