Hi, Are mails queued on the exchange server? If yes, which error message is in the queue? Can you telnet to an external mailserver from the exchange server on port 25? Is the transport service startet? Leif

Hi, Is port 25 blocked in the firewall? Does your ISP block port 25 - some ISP's do that. If this is the case they will normally provide you with a smart-host that you can use. Leif

If that's true then you'll either have to find another ISP, change from a "residential" service to a "business" service, or use your ISP's SMTP relay or a service such as DynDNS.com. --- Rich Matheisen MCSE+I, Exchange MVP --- Rich Matheisen MCSE+I, Exchange MVP
