Not sure if I understand what you are asking... All Prerequisites that you should run before installing Exchange 2010 can you find in the Technet Article below. See the section Install the Windows Server 2008 R2 operating system prerequisites in the below technet Article. If you have SP1 installed for the OS (Highly recommended), you don't need to install any of the hotfixes mentioned in that article.
