Hi Guys, Is there anyone from you knows how to retrieve all the permissions on a mailbox of a certain user in exchange server 2003? For example, User1 on this user I would like to know the permission that the user1 has, like what mailbox access that the user1 has or who mailbox/s user1 can access? Is there any script or tool I can run on exchange server 2003? Thanks!

Hi JP, Open Exchange System Manager select exch and every database , and go to the properties of it in the security tab check whether the user1 has what rights This should give you the answer

Hello,If you want to check the mailbox access of the user1 by going to the properties of user1 from active directory users and computers.If you go to the properties user1 -> properties -> Exchange Advanced -> Mailbox Rights. Exactly, so the other way to find this is the permission on the mail boxes for a particular user or users. So if user1 is accessing mbx1 and mbx2 , you can run the tool to get the permissons assigned to user1 or other users on mbx or mbx2.Raj
