Hi

If you hold down ctrl and then right click the outlook icon in the taskbar next to the clock and click on email autoconfiguration, does autodiscover resolve correctly?

Hi,

I want to know whether the user works on OWA?

If not works, please rebuild the user's mailbox.

If works, it should be the client side issue or about AutoDiscover.

To solve the issue related on client side:

1) Create a new profile for the issue user

2) Re-configure OOF and enable it.

To check AutoDiscover:

Please run 'Test email AutoConfiguration' on Outlook.

1) If failed, please post the result to me.

2) If AutoDiscover is OK, try to rebuild EWS.

I have found a case that the marked answer has a very comprehensive method to rebuild EWS.
