Hi for such low number of mailboxes I recommend using minimal requirements. Minimal requirements

This is a basic installation, so whatever midrange server you preferred vendor has, 16gb of RAM will be fine and three storage arrays.

Why only Exchange 2010 though? That is a five year old product. Exchange 2013 would be a better choice unless you are upgrading from Exchange 2003 - although I would be tempted to sit tight for another couple of weeks and deploy Exchange 2016.

Hi Reda,

Any specific reason for hosting on-premises, with such numbers you can easily go for an Office365 account. And not worry about the requirements at all.
