exchange server 2010 question
I am a CSR for a small software company. I have a client that was installed with exchange server 2010. My program sends out emails using a general email account to the department heads. The only person that receives the emails is the controller. The it
person said that the accounts have no spam filters applied and the individual accounts have no authority differences. I have no training in the field of IT and need help getting the issue resolved for the client. I need suggestion on how to guide this IT person
to removing whatever policy or filter that is in the way from the other accounts. Thanks for your help.

Hi,
Do you mean that only certain person received the email which is sent from a general email account and all other department users do not get the email?
If the email does not reach to the target user, it can occur by several factors, such as firewall block, email policy, anti-spam filter or Outlook rules. Please temporarily
turn off firewall and Outlook rules to check whether the email can go through. If not, please refer to the following articles to manage anti-spam filter and email policy.
