I have a discovery to run on mailboxes, I'll be searching multiple mailboxes for mail sent to or from a specific domain. Pretty standard so far. But, I've been asked to exclude 3 email addresses in this domain. export-mailbox "$mailbox" -senderkeywords "$contacts" -startdate $startdate -enddate $enddate -PSTFolderpath "$targetdir" -confirm:$false How can I do this where $contacts would include *@ms.com then exclude 1@ms.com, 2@ms.com and 3@ms.com ? Thanks for ideas!

Hi The_Messenger, Seems like there is no directly way to filter what you need if you are running Exchange 2007. Maybe you have to export all specific domain mails to temp mailbox, then exclude(delete) 3 mail adderss mails in the temp mailbox. I used Frank's idea but did the final filtering/deleting with a second export-mailbox command not outlook. I created a new mailbox, then ran may export on the 10 mailboxes I have, with the included domain for senders and receivers. This gave me all the email I had to work with in a single output mailbox. Finally I ran export-mailbox with remove-content on the output mailbox.
