Hi. Before posting this question, I've read the existhing topic here. Basically, no one was able to answer the question. The OS that I'm using is Windows Standard Server 2007 SP2 64-bit. Running the command "export-mailbox -identity <alias> -pstfolderpath <folder directory>" only works in a 32bit environment. any idea how i can do this on a 64bit OS? Btw, i need to do this in an exchange server before the user is no longer with the company but his email is still intact. I just to get the data so that I can have a back-up copy just in case the management requires it.

Do you not have a 32 Bit client machine to run this from? 2. if you want to be able to run on a 64 bit platform you can look at Lucid8's DigiScope http://www.lucid8.com/product/digiscope.asp which can do what you are asking and more, i.e. DigiScope allows you to open Offline Copies of Exchange Databases so that you can Browse, Search, Export to PST, MSG, and XML or to recover direct from an offline EDB to a production Exchange server. Hi, According to all documentation, I've seen the requirements are 32-bit Windows, with 32-bit Outlook and 32-bit Management Tools. You could run them inside 32-bit XP mode (Virtual PC), which is a free download. VMware is another option. If you don't have too many mailboxes you want to export, you can do it manually from within 64-bit Outlook. Hope this helps. ThanksSophia Xu
