Is the command above the exact syntax you are running? Are you running this command on an a server that has Outlook and is 32bit?
Export-Mailbox -Identity <MailboxIdParameter> -PSTFolderPath <Path_Of_PST_Folder>\<File_Name>.pst

You can specify the location of the log file also in case the user you're using doesn't have rights to write to that path. Also, with SP1 you need to be at least at rollup-5 (RU5) for the import/export cmdlets to work reliably. And as noted before, running from a 32bit system, but that wouldn't likely be the error you get if that's the issue.

Hi,Please check the requirement to export mailbox first. How to Export and Import mailboxes to PST files in Exchange 2007 SP1http://msexchangeteam.com/archive/2007/04/13/437745.aspxPlease check the account you used to export whether is a domain admin. Maybe this will have a deny. And please also check whether there is a group policy to prevent it.User Configuration \ Administrative Templates \ Microsoft Office Outlook 2007/Miscellaneous/PST SettingsPolicy:Prevent users from adding new content to existing PST filesSetting was 'enabled'.Changed it to 'disabled' more details,http://searchexchange.techtarget.com/generic/0,295582,sid43_gci1317622,00.htmlFrank Wang

If there is a way to specify the path of the log file, its not provided anywhere that I can find. The only way around this path problem is to create the path yourself!

How about "-ReportFile"?Creating the directory yourself doesn't seem to be a very oneroustask.---Rich MatheisenMCSE+I, Exchange MVP

Yo tenia el mismo problemaLo solucione cambiando el owner de C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server a administrators y dandome el permiso de full accessEsto es porque Windows no deja modificar los archivos dentro de esta carpetaSaludos
